Warranty Policy

At ATTO Music & Instruments, we are committed to providing high-quality craftsmanship and ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. Each guitar is carefully inspected before it leaves our hands. We stand behind our work and proudly offer a Limited 1-Year Warranty on all guitars purchased directly from us or from an authorized dealer.

What’s Covered

This Limited Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Coverage for 1 year from the original date of purchase

  • Applies only to guitars purchased through ATTO Music & Instruments or an authorized dealer

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (fret wear, finish fading, string life)

  • Damage due to misuse, neglect, modification, or improper maintenance

  • Environmental damage (humidity, temperature, exposure)

  • Damage caused by accidents, drops, or impacts

  • Setups, action preferences, tonal characteristics

  • Guitars purchased used or through unauthorized resellers

Dealers Are Not Liable

Our authorized dealers help represent our brand but are not responsible for handling warranty repairs or replacements. All claims must be submitted directly to ATTO Music & Instruments.

How to File a Claim

Please complete our Warranty Claim Form and include:

  • Description of the issue

  • Purchase date and location

  • Model and serial number (if applicable)

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)

  • Photos of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.
