Roberto "ATTO" Castro is a seasoned jazz guitarist, luthier, and entrepreneur with over 35 years of professional experience. Raised in a vibrant musical environment, ATTO's passion for music was inspired by his father, who nurtured his love for creative expression and technical excellence.

As a performer, ATTO has captivated audiences worldwide with his unique blend of jazz, pop, and Latin influences. He performs solo, as part of a duo, and with larger ensembles. Known for his innovative approach to the guitar, he blends traditional techniques with modern tools like loopers to create a distinctive and immersive sound.

Beyond the stage, ATTO is the visionary behind Gayetana Guitars and the inventor of the SieteQuinto, a revolutionary 7-string short-scale guitar. Inspired by the traditional requinto, ATTO designed the SieteQuinto to expand its capabilities. It offers a richer tonal range and bass notes, making it ideal for jazz improvisation and expressive soloing.

ATTO's mission is to inspire musicians to push creative boundaries, combining his craftsmanship with his deep understanding of guitarists’ needs. Based in Clermont, Florida, his guitars are crafted with high-quality materials in collaboration with skilled manufacturers in China.
