RETURN policy.

At AttoMusic.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 15 calendar days from the date you receive the product.

  2. Condition of Item: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and protective covers intact. Products showing signs of wear or use will not be accepted.

  3. Non-Returnable Items: Customized items, digital products, and downloadable content are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

  1. Request a Return: Contact our customer support team at attomusic@gmail.com within the 15-day window to request a return authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be processed.

  2. Shipping Your Return: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  3. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at attomusic@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your product for another item, please contact our customer support team at attomusic@gmail.com within the 15-day return period to facilitate the exchange process. Any difference in price will be charged or refunded accordingly.
