What you send us

When you use a form on this site (contact, booking request, founder list or guitar order), we receive what you type, such as your name, email, phone and shipping address. We use it to answer you, send invoices, ship guitars and, if you join the founder list, send you founder-list emails.

To limit spam and repeat submissions, we also save a scrambled (hashed) version of your internet (IP) address with contact, booking and founder-list submissions.

Who receives your form details

  • Our website host and database, where contact messages, booking requests and founder-list signups are stored.
  • Make, our automation service, which receives guitar orders, booking requests and founder-list signups and passes them to our order, invoicing and lead-tracking tools.
  • Monday, where we keep track of founder-list signups and booking requests.
  • Kit, which sends founder-list emails. Every Kit email has an unsubscribe link.
  • Our email service, which sends the confirmation emails you get after using a form.
  • The invoicing and payment service that sends your invoice and takes your payment when you order a guitar.

Visit measurement (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics on every page to count visits and see which pages and buttons people use (for example, founder-list signups and booking buttons). Google receives the pages you visit, those button events, your device and browser type, and your approximate location, and sets cookies to recognize repeat visits.

Ad measurement (Google Ads)

We use the Google Ads tag on every page. It tells Google which pages you visit and, when you place a guitar order, the order's value and our reference number, so Google can measure which ads lead to orders. Google may also use these visits to show our ads to people who have visited this site before. The tag uses cookies.

Our site's code doesn't pass your name, email or address to Google Analytics or Google Ads. Learn how Google uses this information at business.safety.google/privacy.

Your cookie choice

One choice covers both Google Analytics and Google Ads. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK, Switzerland and Canada, and visitors whose location we can't determine, are asked first: neither tool loads until they accept. Everywhere else, including the United States, both are on by default.

Anyone can change their choice anytime with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Reject turns both off for future visits and stops any further measurement on the current one. Cookies already saved stay in your browser until you clear them.

Other services that load on this site

  • Fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your internet address when a page loads.
  • Guitar photos on our order page load from Reverb's image servers, which receive your internet address.
  • The booking page shows our quote tool, which runs as a separate service. Details you enter in it go to that tool.
